I received by vanities, tops, & sinks last week. Although I still have to install, everything looks amazing. My only concern was shipping, but that worked out well too. I'm sharing some information so other customers can feel confident that the BathVanityExperts system works. The order was easy to place, you offered clear instructions to ensure a successful transaction and I received my entire order in six (6) days.I also wanted to share my experience with the Central Freight Driver. The shipment was scheduled at my convenience, I received a call 30 minutes before his arrival, and he patiently waited as I looked over the boxes etc.. I should note. Freight Drivers cannot allow anyone to open packages before you take sign-off taking receipt. Having delivered several vanities successfully, the driver still understood the concern for all parties. While I could not open the packages, I inspected the boxes, took pictures, and noted all visible concerns. Although I had to accept the shipment before I could open the packages, I was able to add all my notes to the delivery manifest (both copies); which included a note that the Freight company does not allow packages to be opened prior to accepting the order. In my case, each party followed their employer's policies to ensure the delivery arrived in good condition and ensure no one submits an unwarranted claims. Since the vanities were packed extremely well and handled with care. I would only offer up one suggestion. If you are buying multiple vanities, ask BathVanityExperts to ship them on separate pallets, so they are not stacked on the pallet. It was not an issue for me. I ended up receiving two amazing vanities, in less than a week, in perfect condition, and at the best price. I would highly recommend BathVanityExperts and Central Freight to everyone. Thank you.
