Free Shipping - Receiving Your Order

The day your vanity arrives please have several able-bodied people available to assist with opening and inspecting your delivery. fully insures and ships all products in the most robust possible packaging, and selects the most appropriate shipping carrier based on the items ordered. We offer curbside delivery only. The pallet may need to be separated to be unloaded. Lift-gate service is ordered free of charge for delivery on all large vanities. Many bathroom vanity retailers charge the customer an extra fee for lift-gate service. We do not. In some cases (larger orders) your shipment may consist of a number of individual boxes placed on a single pallet.

Visible Loss or Damage

Rarely, breakage of your item(s) may occur due to carrier mishandling while in transit to you. When your order arrives, please count all pieces of your freight. Ensure that all pieces are accounted for and inspect all sides of the boxes or crates for any damage. If you can see damage on the outside of the box that would lead you to assume the item inside is damaged, please tell the driver that you are refusing the delivery due to "Visible Damage." and call our customer service line at 888.409.BATH. It is important to be specific about the nature of the damage and have the driver note it on the Bill of Lading (delivery) slip. We also recommend having a digital camera on hand to document any damage to either the outside of the box/crate or the vanity itself at the time of delivery.

Concealed Loss or Damage

Due to the nature of the products we sell, boxes that have been dropped may not show obvious signs of external damage. This is very unusual, but could happen. It is ABSOLUTELY IMPERATIVE and mandatory for any insurance claims that you inspect the item(s) at the time of delivery. DO NOT sign or let the driver leave until you have inspected the item personally. Bathroom vanities, cabinets and faucets can be extremely heavy items and may shift in-transit, resulting in "concealed damage." With the assistance of your able-bodied assistants, open up the box/crate at the time of delivery to inspect the vanity and mirrors (if applicable), especially the corners, before the driver leaves. If the vanity or item is in new condition, sign for your delivery, thank the driver and enjoy your new purchase. If there is damage to the vanity or product, call us immediately at 888.409.BATH, refuse the item(s) and have the delivery person note the damage in detail on the shipping slip. Failure to report damage at the time of delivery will result in the trucking company denying the freight damage claim. We want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase so please insist that you inspect the item(s) immediately. This policy is to protect you and your purchase. will file a freight claim for damaged freight. will replace damaged merchandise within 14 to 21 days (depending on availability) so long as the damaged item was refused at the time of delivery. If no replacement is available in this time period, the damaged item(s) will be refunded in full.
